I AM A PATHFINDER:
I explore uncultivated fields of knowledge and gather the implements of healing
to guide you
on the path of empowerment.
I began studying Energy Medicine In 2011
after I stepped away from a successful career in the business world.
Intuitively, I'd been practicing for years.
Ashgate Pathways was created to focus on the practice of Energy Medicine and Herbalism
while devoting time to several writing projects and my love of photography as art.
"It's not just a question
of conquering a summit
previously unknown, but of tracing,
step by step, a new pathway to it."
~ Gustav Mahler

Hands on Healing with Energy Medicine
facilitates a connection with the energy of the universe to help individuals become grounded while releasing blocked energy.
Life force energy flows through the hands of the practitioner to the client, activating
the relaxation response in the body.
Food as Medicine
is explored in seasonal cooking classes that focus on the simple ways to incorporate
the healing properties and energetics of herbs
in everyday cooking.
“If you want to find
the secrets of the Universe –
think of energy, frequency, vibration.”
~ Nikola Tesla
